Sign of the past

Printed on canvas.

Sometimes spending time in wilderness is less about encounter a specific animal and more about connecting with the land. Witnessing tracks and envisioning what has moved through an area brings me so much excitement. In this case a polar bear had wandered through these willows. Leaving a beautiful trail that glistened in the morning sun.
